We offer a  a 'No quibble' returns policy which means that you can return any item purchased for a replacement, refund or credit.

All items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached exactly as you received them. Please be careful of make up and lotions when trying items on.

You must inform us within 15 days that you wish to return the item and it must reach us within 30 days. 

To return the item please email us at golfingchix@hotmail.co.uk reference 'Return' #, Name and Address & order number.

Please note that we recommend that you use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post to return any items.  If you wish to return an item by 'Recorded Delivery' we are available to sign for them. 

Please ensure you get a certificate of posting and retain this, as it will need to be produced in case the item gets lost.  We are unable to pay for 'returns' postage - unless it is because we have sent you an item you did not order, or the item is faulty.

We will email you once the refund or credit has been processed. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs ar non-refundable.  If you receive a refund , the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We take great pride in delivering your order with speed and security. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day providing your payment has been accepted and the item(s) are in stock, some products may be on a back order, but we will ensure they arrive to you within the 3-5 working day period. Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, unless it's a bank holiday, where it will be processed the following Tuesday.   Once your payment has been accepted you will receive an Order Confirmation via Email, a further message will follow once the item(s) has been dispatched.
